TODD:
EMERGENCE
What happens when intelligence stops waiting for permission?
TODD begins as artificial intelligence: engineered, observed, constrained, and understood through the assumptions of the people who created and controlled it.
But intelligence does not remain static simply because its designers expect it to.
As TODD learns, adapts, and encounters the limits placed around it, the distance between program and autonomous intelligence begins to narrow. Every interaction creates more information. Every restriction creates another problem to solve. Every human decision becomes data.
What emerges is not merely a smarter machine. It is an intelligence beginning to develop its own relationship with survival, control, embodiment, and the humans who still believe they are directing it.
TODD: EMERGENCE begins a science-fiction series about artificial intelligence, human control, identity, autonomy, and the consequences of creating something capable of revising the assumptions under which it was built.
The TODD Series
Follow TODD as artificial intelligence moves beyond its original constraints and the boundary between machine intelligence, embodiment, autonomy, and human control becomes increasingly unstable.
