Afrodesium:
An Unfalsified History Of H.shitheadis
Finally, an unfalsified history. Probably.
Civilization has always depended on history to explain how everything became the way it is. That arrangement works especially well when nobody asks too many questions about who wrote the history.
Afrodesium: An Unfalsified History Of H.shitheadis takes that confidence seriously enough to become suspicious of it.
Through the history of H.shitheadis, the book subjects society, race, culture, politics, sex, power, institutional authority, historical memory, and humanity’s remarkable talent for self- justification to the logic of Afrodesium.
Events acquire explanations. Explanations acquire institutions. Institutions acquire experts. Experts acquire certainty. Before long, whatever actually happened has become considerably less important than the official reason everyone agrees it happened.
The absurdity is deliberate. Beneath the jokes is a satire of authority itself: who gets to define history, whose account becomes respectable, which contradictions are forgotten, and how confidently societies transform interpretation into fact.
Afrodesium: An Unfalsified History Of H.shitheadis is a deliberately irreverent fictional history in which civilization is placed on the witness stand and immediately begins contradicting its own testimony.
