The Misadventures of Jambalaya Jones — Volume I introduces a world where plans have consequences, confidence frequently outruns judgment, and ordinary situations have a habit of becoming considerably less ordinary once Jambalaya gets involved.
What begins as one problem rarely stays one problem. Misunderstandings acquire momentum. Simple choices develop complications. Attempts to repair one disaster create entirely new categories of disaster.
Through it all, Jambalaya keeps moving with the particular confidence of a man who may not know where things went wrong but remains reasonably certain somebody else had something to do with it.
The comedy comes from escalation, personality, questionable logic, social collisions, and the gap between how situations actually look and how Jambalaya prefers to explain them.
Volume I launches the Jambalaya Jones misadventures with a mix of comedy, satire, absurdity, and characters whose ability to make matters worse is exceeded only by their determination to keep going.
